RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
