Our turnaround time for handmade neon signs is typically 3-5 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.  We also offer a variety of in-stock neon signs that ship within 5 business days from date of order.

How long do neon signs last?

With proper care and maintenance, neon signs can last for many years.  Our signs also come with a one (1) year warranty of the power supply.  Due to the nature of glass, we cannot warranty against damage or accidental breakage.  If a glass tube does break, we can offer a replacement glass tube at a reduced cost in order to repair your sign to full working order.

Can neon signs be used outdoors?

Yes, neon signs can be used outdoors, but they require additional weatherproofing and special materials to ensure their longevity.  Most of our creations utilize delicate finishes that may not be suitable for outdoors.  Those same creations may be available for modification to suit an outdoor installation.  It won't hurt to ask!

We accept returns on unused and undamaged neon signs within 30 days of purchase. *A custom design is sold as-is, and not able to be returned or exchanged. Please contact us for more information.
