Due to the nature of glass, we cannot warranty against damage or accidental breakage. If a glass tube does break, we can offer a replacement glass tube at a reduced cost in order to repair your sign to full working order.
Yes, neon signs can be used outdoors, but they require additional weatherproofing and special materials to ensure their longevity. Most of our creations utilize delicate finishes that may not be suitable for outdoors. Those same creations may be available for modification to suit an outdoor installation. It won't hurt to ask!
